Lili Streader
Associate Physiotherapist
BSc Science (Physiotherapy)
Lili has been deeply involved in sports from a young age, and her passion for movement has only grown over the years. With over 15 years of experience in competitive tennis, she has personally navigated the challenges of recurring injuries, which sparked her dedication to physiotherapy and exercise as essential tools for recovery and long-term well-being.
Her journey has led her to discover the transformative power of Clinical Pilates and strength training, both in rehabilitating injuries and in preventing them. Lili credits these practices for not only keeping her active in the sports she loves but also enhancing her overall quality of life.
Driven by her passion for Pilates, Lili is undertaking the comprehensive Polestar Pilates Studio and Rehab course, deepening her expertise and expanding her ability to support others on their fitness and recovery journeys.
Lili is dedicated to helping individuals regain confidence in their bodies, return to the activities they love, and feel empowered in their movement—whether that’s on the tennis court, in the gym, or in daily life.
Goal:
To empower clients by helping them build confidence in their bodies, guiding them through personalized rehabilitation plans that enable a safe and fulfilling return to the activities they love.
