Featherstone offers a unique group class experience with both Physio and Qualified Instructor run classes available.
Both offerings are guided and influenced by all Physio assessments and advice to ensure every class suits and works with each client's individual needs.
Class Packs and Casual visits for Physio run classes are eligible for Private Health Insurance rebates, following an initial assessment with a Physio.

We believe in treating your body to a wide variety of movement styles and have options available for all ages and ability levels.

PILATES MAT FLOW
Fun & Fluid
All Levels | 60 minutes
FOCUS:
Posture and body awareness, spine articulation and joint control, core muscle strengthening.
BEST SUITS:
Beginner to intermediate clients who are active newcomers or have low level, low care pain.
GOAL:
Overall body conditioning and balance

PILATES MAT EASE
Quiet & Gentle
Beginners | 60 minutes
FOCUS:
Breathing, postural awareness, core foundations, gentle joint mobility, muscle strength & balance
BEST SUITS:
Beginners, seniors or sedentary clients looking to get moving who have low to moderate chronic pain, arthritis or balance issues.
GOAL:
Mastering the foundation exercises to improve form.

BONES & BALANCE
Active Ageing
All Levels | 60 minutes
FOCUS:
Stretching, strengthening, weight bearing exercises with a focus on balance and posture.
BEST SUITS:
Clients who are osteopenic, osteoporotic or have reduced balance
GOAL:
Improving mobility, bone density and reducing falls risk whilst managing injuries/discomfort.

PILATES MAT FOR MEN
Power & Mobility
Men | 45 minutes
FOCUS:
A class designed for the male physique. Incorporating strength, power and agility with flexibility, releases and dynamic breath.
BEST SUITS:
Men of all ages & fitness levels
GOAL:
Gain movement awareness to reduce injury and improve performance.

TEEN PILATES
Fun & Fluid
Teenagers | 45 minutes
FOCUS:
Building strength and control in key muscle groups, before incorporating this into functional exercises that build power, high level balance and control.
BEST SUITS:
Teens who engage in team sports or are looking to improve posture and strength.
GOAL:
To have some fun monitor progress through strength and conditioning challenges.

VIRTUAL PILATES MAT
Flowing & Fun
All Levels | 60 minutes
FOCUS:
A live all levels class via Zoom, that provides overall body conditioning and balance as well as personalised input from the instructor from the comfort and convenience of your own home.
BEST SUITS:
Anyone who isn't able to make it into the studio for a class - new-Mum's, travellers, interstate clients or even studio regulars who want to squeeze in a class from home!

CIRCUIT
Strength & Conditioning

FOCUS:
A circuit class using small props and weights incorporating functional exercises that build power and high level balance and control.

Focused & Balanced

FOCUS:
A class that specifically targets trunk and limb alignment, joint mobility, flexibility and control and muscle strength and conditioning all relevant to running, walking and hiking.

Runners, hikers & walkers

Support your running, hiking or walking journey.
